8:45-9:30 Power Skating Drills (1st Ice time)
9:30-11:00 Change/Break/Dryland Training
11:00-11:30 Break/Snacks/Gear up
11:30-12:15 Puck Handling Drills (2nd Ice time)
12:15-2:00 Change/Lunch
2:00-2:45 Sports Time (movies/classroom training)/Gear up
2:45-3:30 Scrimmage Game (3rd Ice time)
3:30-4:30 Change/Snacks/Depart

Group B (Older Kids)

Stick HandlingIn order to score, a hockey player has to be able to control the puck.  Passing, shooting and moving the puck up the ice are all part of stick handling.

CAGI Power SkatingPart of being an effective hockey player is being able to accelerate, turn and stop faster than the other players.  Power Skating is all about learning to out-manuever the other skaters.
