On Ice Drills
In order to score, a hockey player has to be able to control the puck. Passing, shooting and moving the puck up the ice are all part of stick handling.
Part of being an effective hockey player is being able to accelerate, turn and stop faster than the other players. Power Skating is all about learning to out-manuever the other skaters.
