Written by Administrator Saturday, 01 August 2009 08:47
Come and Get It Hockey Camp will be coming to the Ice Forum in Duluth from August 3rd to August 7th. This is a great camp which will run from 8:30am to 4:30pm each day. This is a great opportunity to be immersed in Hockey for a week.
Each days events consist of 3 hours of ice time, 2 hours of dry land training, lunch and snacks. Power skating, stick handling and a daily scrimmage between the squads account for the ice time each day. Dry land training varies each day and includes cardio, movies and other physical activities.
The program is suitable for kids from 4 years old to teenagers, and skill levels from beginner to advanced. Each player will recieve individual and grou instruction. Exercises are structured to allow members of the coaching staff to closely work with each player to give techniques to enhance performance.
We look forward to seeing you at camp.
